ASI Communications (ASI COMM)

Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC)
Take a holistic approach to your own wellness and focus on all aspects of your mind, body and spirit. The SRWC recommends prioritizing your well-being with these tips and resources:
- Workout virtually with personal trainers
- Take a virtual fitness class
- Fuel your body right with healthy recipes
- Take an outdoors study break; you can rent outdoor equipment

Beach Pride Events (BPE)
Finals week may include many exams, but it’s also important to find time to practice self-care and mindfulness. BPE recommends using these strategies to find rest and relaxation:
- Try some new stress-relieving tea recipes
- Have some go-to, simple breakfasts on-hand
- Enjoy comforting hot chocolate for your hardest days
- Stay energized during tasks with these snacks

ASI Beach Pantry
Stay on top of your game with healthy meals during exams. The Beach Pantry is available to currently enrolled students every Friday, the last date is Dec. 11 so be sure to register on BeachBoard the week of to reserve a pick-up slot.
